    Opening the filter drawer left focus on the page behind it, and the plaintiff could not close it by keyboard.

    How a plaintiff tests it

    Open the drawer with the keyboard, check where focus goes, and see whether Escape closes it and returns focus.

    How we fix it

    Give the drawer dialog semantics, move focus in, contain Tab, close on Escape, and return focus to the trigger.

    Sticky add-to-cart bar that hides content under focus

    While tabbing, the focused control was hidden behind the sticky bar, and adding an item produced no spoken confirmation.

    How a plaintiff tests it

    Tab down a product page and check whether the focused element is ever covered, then add an item and listen for confirmation.

    How we fix it

    Add scroll padding so focused items are not covered, keep a visible focus ring, and announce add-to-cart results in a polite status message.
